Swim22 2024 Feedback Sessions Incentive Terms & Conditions

• Those who are taking part in an insight interview as part of the Swim22 2024 Evaluation project are entitled to a £20 incentive for each 30 minutes of activity they complete as part of the project. Engagement in the insight interviews are by invitation only and subject to full completion of the session. Entitlement to receive the incentive will be assessed by the Senior Innovation and Development Manager on a case-by-case basis before the incentive is released. 
• To be eligible for incentives, participants must sign up to an insight interview by completing the online data consent form. 
• Incentives will be handled directly by Diabetes UK will take the form of a £20 digital gift card for Tesco, Amazon.co.uk or John Lewis. 
• Incentives will be processed within 21 days of successful completion of the insight interview has been confirmed by the Senior Innovation and Development Manager. 
• The promotion will run for the full length of the project between September and December 2024. Any individuals that are seeking to participate in the incentivised activities outside of this period will not be eligible to receive the incentive. Diabetes UK accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful attempts to participate in this project for any reason.    
• The incentive is subject to availability. Diabetes UK has a fixed maximum budget of £500 for incentives as part of this project. Once this value of incentives has been claimed and distributed, Diabetes UK shall not be obliged to give any further or alternative incentives, even where the maximum is reached prior to the above project date. 
• The incentive is non-transferable. Diabetes UK reserves the right to substitute the incentive for a gift of equivalent or greater value if such a substitution is necessary for reasons beyond Diabetes UK’s reasonable control.  
• This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.  
• Diabetes UK reserves the right to require any participant to prove that he, she or they meet the requirements to participate in this promotion.
