Northern Ireland
Adult Type 1 Peer Support Sessions
When? Tuesday 10th February
What time? 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Where? Online via Zoom
What to expect: Join our next Online Peer Support session for adults living with type 1 diabetes. This support group is very informal and full of chat - all you need to bring is yourself and a cuppa. If you're aged 18+, living with type 1 diabetes and have access to Zoom, we'd love for you to join us!

Live Well Hubs
When, where, what time, and what to expect?
Our Northern Ireland team offers diabetes support and information to local communities through their Live Well Hubs.
The National Lottery Funded project has helped the team launch Hubs in Bangor, Ballymena, Belfast (Houben Centre), Belfast (LORAG), Lisburn, Mid Ulster and Newry.
- Ballymena, Wednesday 4th February, 10-11am.
- Belfast, Houben Centre, Thursday 5th February, 10-11am.
- Belfast, LORAG, Friday 27th February, 11am-12pm.
- Lisburn, Tuesday 10th February, 10-11am.

Scotland
Ramadan and Diabetes Awareness Session

What to expect: Hear from Brother Abdul Rais, Diabetes UK Champion in Milton Keynes, about his experience and tips for managing diabetes.

Together Type 1: Borders Meet Up

Together Type 1: Bouldering and Food

Flintshire Diabetes UK Group Coffee Morning

St David’s Day Quiz

What to expect: The Neath Wellbeing group are hosting a quiz night to celebrate St David's Day. Quiz entry fees will be donated to Diabetes UK Cymru.
How much will it cost to attend? There is a £5 quiz entry fee.
