Get inspired by others - find out how they're starting to get active

Hear from people living with diabetes who have discovered the importance of keeping active and get inspired as they share their tips and tricks to get moving.

When taking part in any new physical activity programme, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you take part in the activities that we share, you are doing so at your own risk. It’s important that you always check with your GP before trying new exercises. If you experience any pain or difficulty when carrying out these exercises, stop and speak to your GP or diabetes team.
