We want to know your thoughts on the future direction of Diabetes UK. This is your chance to have a say on the direction of our work over the next five years.
Please access a survey using the below link and send it back to us – it only takes a few minutes to complete.
As a result of a thorough consultation process involving a wide range of people we’ve developed the strategic priorities and goals of the organisation.
We now want your feedback on how they can be achieved.
“Earlier this year we embarked on a review to drive our work forward over the next five years, said Douglas Smallwood, Chief Executive of Diabetes UK.“A team involving staff from across the organisation, trustees and external stakeholders has worked hard to develop our strategic priorities for the future and some clear goals. These have the support of the Board of Trustees and we're now looking at how we can deliver these in the next five years.
“Your feedback and input at this stage is vital so we’d like as many completed surveys back as possible to get a broad range of views.”
The deadline for completed surveys is Friday 18 August. All your feedback will be fed into the final report prior to its approval by the Board of Trustees on Friday 29 September.
