Diabetes UK is appealing for people to put on their running shoes and take on the HSBC Cardiff 10K Run on Sunday 12 September and raise funds to help us continue to support people with diabetes and fund research.
For the first time Diabetes UK Cymru has 200 places available for the 6.2-mile challenge, which takes runners around the Welsh capital and through Cardiff Castle’s beautiful grounds.
Dai Williams, National Director of Diabetes UK Cymru, said: "Signing up for the Cardiff 10K gives you the opportunity to do something amazing, get fit, and feel fantastic, all in aid of Diabetes UK.
"Money raised by our Cardiff 10K runners will fund research into diabetes and help us provide advice, support and information for people living with the condition and their families."
Registration costs £21, which includes a running vest, sponsorship forms and a training guide.
To register, contact Diabetes UK Cymru on 029 2066 8276, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
