- Remove the skin from the salmon but retain the bones. Add to a bowl, then mix in all the ingredients, except the cream cheese, and mix well.
- Stir in the cream cheese, mix again and serve topped with a sprig of dill.
- Serve with small squares of toast.
- Ideal for spreading on toast, rolling into wraps or as a super sandwich.
- Add a little 0% fat Greek yogurt to use as a party dip.
- Spice it up with 1 tsp smoked paprika or chilli seasoning.
