For the kebabs:
400g mixed fruit, sliced
For the sauce:
150g berries (any type)
2 tsp icing sugar
2 tbsp virtually fat-free fromage frais
  1. Simply thread the fruit onto cocktail sticks or skewers.
  2. To make the sauce, place the strawberries and icing sugar in a blender and blend until smooth, adding a little water if the sauce is too thick.
  3. Spoon the berry sauce and the fromage frais into separate bowls and use as dips for the kebabs.
Chefs tips
  • Use a soya-based yogurt instead of fromage frais if you are lactose-intolerant or vegan.
