Temporary service for people with diabetes launched by the Diabetes Network in Northern Ireland

The Diabetes Network in Northern Ireland launch a temporary helpline and email service for people with diabetes.

We understand that is a very worrying time for all and we wanted to reassure you that our own helpline is still here to offer support and advice. You can call 0345 123 2399 or email helpline@diabetes.org.uk Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

In addition to our own Diabetes UK Helpline, email and live chat service, this additional support is only for people living in Northern Ireland and open for a limited time in response to Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

Staffed by clinical specialists, this helpline and email service will provide additional clinical support and advice to people living with diabetes. It will run seven days a week, including bank holidays, from 9am to 3pm and operate for 12 weeks. The number is 028 9536 0600 and email diabetic.helpline@hscni.net
