Living with Diabetes Day

What to expect? Join us for a free, informative and interactive day designed to help you live well with Type 2 diabetes. Hear from healthcare professionals, learn practical tips on everyday diabetes management, healthy eating and foot care, connect with local support services, and take part in engaging workshops and Q&A sessions.
Who can attend? Anyone living with type 2 diabetes and their families or carers.

Supporter drop-in: Let's talk Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Together Type 1: Sheffield Education Day

Who can attend? Patients who are under the care of Sheffield Hospital Trust.
