New resource: QI Guide for Specialist Services
The NDA has published aGuide to Quality Improvement in Specialist Diabetes Services (PDF, 210KB), which offers a brief but comprehensive review of the principles and practice of improvement methodology, together with suggestions for how these examples can be applied to diabetes care.
NDA Core audit data collection 2016-17
Data submission to the NDA Core audit will take place from 12 June to 21 July 2017. You can alreadyfor the secure web portal Data Landing, which is required for data submission from all clinical systems except TPP. Output from National Conference - Improving Outcomes for People with Diabetes in Primary Care
The National Diabetes Audit, in collaboration with Diabetes UK and the Royal College of General Practitioners, organised a one-day conference in February 2017 in London. An overview report (PFD, 490KB) has been published, alongside a copy of the presentations from the plenary sessions (PDF, 5MB) and from the workshops (PDF, 12MB).
