The food groups

Do you know what different sorts of food do to your body? The answers are below. 

We're breakfast cereal, rice, potatoes, pasta, bread and chapattis. We give you energy and we keep your glucose stores full. Eat some of us at every meal and at snack.
We're milk, cheese and yogurt. We help your bones grow strong. Eat some of us every day.
We're meat, fish, eggs and beans. We help you grow. Eat some of us every day.
We're fruit and vegetables. We'll make you fit and well. Eat lots of us every day.
We're sweets, chocolates, crisps, chips and ice cream. Everyone likes us, but we don't really help to keep you healthy. Eat us for treats, not every day.
