These lovely 'creamsicles' are made of thick smoothie that you freeze. You can vary them by adding your favourite fruit or berries.

2 small avocados (200g), stones removed and flesh scooped out
200g frozen blueberries
10 soft dates, pitted
250ml skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
2tbsp lime juice

Method
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until completely smooth.
  2. Divide the smoothie between 10 popsicle moulds. Cover with the lid, insert the popsicle sticks and transfer to the freezer for 8 hours, or until frozen.
  3. Devour straight away or store in the freezer to have later.
Chefs tips

If you want to add even more nutritional goodness to these treats, add two florets of frozen, steamed cauliflower to the mix before you blend.
