250g waxy potatoes, thinly sliced

1 onion, sliced
leaves from 1 sprig rosemary
1 tbsp fresh thyme
4 tbsp half-fat crème fraiche

  • Scatter the cooked pizza with a handful of fresh rocket leaves and a dash of balsamic vinegar or a few chopped cherry tomatoes and a couple of chopped spring onions.
