1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh thyme or pinch dried
freshly ground black pepper

Method

Recipe tips
  • Chicory has a slightly bitter flavour which complements the sweetness of the orange.
  • Look out for red chicory which has a similar flavour with a great colour.
