Recipe tips
  • Use an unsweetened soya-based yoghurt instead of fromage frais if you are lactose-intolerant or vegan.
  • The fruit sauce is optional, as blending fruit releases its natural sugars and turns them into free sugars. Whole fruit is a healthier choice, so you may prefer to enjoy the recipe without the sauce or just use a small amount.
