Ingredients
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 tbsp muesli
150g carton low-fat yogurt
150ml (quarter pint) cold skimmed milk
  1. Simply place all the ingredients in a food processor/blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
Chefs tips
  • Leave your muesli to soak overnight, then add the yogurt and apple before blending.
  • This smoothie is also very tasty with pear instead of apple.
