Add your name to our campaign

More than 3,500 people have now signed up to our Get Serious campaign and shown their commitment to make diabetes a priority for everyone.

We simply need your name and email address.

We really need more people to sign up to the campaign.

The more Get Serious supporters we have, the greater power we will have to influence Government, the media and our country’s key decision makers to ensure diabetes is made a top priority for 2010 and beyond.

Please note that this campaign has now closed, and the microsite is no longer available.

Why make diabetes a priority?

  • a staggering 2.6 million people in the UK now have the condition, with over 145,000 newly diagnosed in the last year alone;
  • diabetes and its complications cause more deaths than breast and prostate cancer combined;
  • one person is diagnosed with diabetes every three minutes;
  • three people die from diabetes-related complications every hour.

It doesn't have to be like this – let'sabout diabetes.
